ROADCOURSE CLUB MEMBERSHIP POLICY

By purchasing a RoadCourse Club membership, you agree to the following terms:

• Memberships automatically renew monthly unless canceled.

• Memberships may be canceled at any time. To request cancellation or for any billing questions, please contact us at support@roadcourseclub.com.

• Members receive recurring monthly giveaway entries and tier-specific benefits based on the active membership plan selected at checkout.

• Monthly entries are automatically applied to the active giveaway associated with the membership billing period. In the event there is no active giveaway at the time of a successful recurring payment, entries will automatically roll forward and be applied to the next active RoadCourse Club giveaway campaign.

• Membership perks, discounts, digital downloads, and member-exclusive benefits may change, evolve, or improve over time at the discretion of RoadCourse Club.

• Cancellations prevent future recurring charges but do not refund previous successful billing periods.

• Due to the nature of sweepstakes entries, digital products, and immediately delivered member benefits, all processed membership payments are final and non-refundable.

• Failed or declined payments may result in paused or canceled membership benefits until billing is successfully updated.

• RoadCourse Club reserves the right to modify membership perks, pricing, availability, giveaway structures, or terms at any time to improve the membership experience and maintain promotional compliance.

• Membership purchases are subject to all applicable giveaway Official Rules and Terms of Service.
